2nd Student Council Investiture.
Wednesday, March 25, 2009

Everything happened just like yesterday, and gone like -poof!
& I am sure that my SC family, thinks that way too.

WHO ARE WE?:
Let me just share with you our - SC (pioneer) journey briefly
2006- We are nothing but TRASH
2007- Mr See and Mr Liu came to clear the trash and found some stones
2008- The most memorable year for us. & you never know how, nor will you understand, only the stones know who have groomed them and made them shine like little diamonds.

We learnt and we taught. We impart almost what we have to our juniors.
We hold on to their hands and lead them.
We walked in front, but no one understands why.
That's because we are making sure that there's no danger ahead of us- so as to make that our little juniors are safe.
Investiture was held, a plain, little boring, but a memorable one.
I don't remember the part where I received the badge.
I only know that each and every one of us EARN this badge.

2009- everything stops there. What left, are the little tiny holes above our pockets.
People don't regard us as "Student Councillors" anymore.
We are now known as the "EX."
Some ask, "where's your badge?"
Some cried
Some don't even bother.
And I am one of those who don't even bother about this.
You can't find my badge. Never will you.
Because, It's in my heart.

Lead with Passion.
And that comes from my heart.
Badge doesn't change me.
I am who I am.
I start off this journey with my family without a badge.
And I shall end pause here without a badge.

We are still one big Family.
We are just taking a break, not gone forever.
We are still here, even if the sky falls, I still have you, and you still have me be your side.

Dull green with some scratches followed by striking gold. What comes next?
NO ONE REMEMBERS US.
But we remember them - the time when we had lots of fun cheering, running, playing....
I miss those time. Do you?
